From the highlands of Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, this naturally processed heirloom lot showcases the work of over 750 smallholder farmers. Dried on raised beds and roasted to the light side of medium, it delivers a vibrant, fruit-forward cup.
Tasting notes:
Red fruit coulis, vanilla spiced tea, caramel, floral hints, and long vanilla wafer. Medium body with a soft, lingering dried fruit finish and low to medium acidity.
